Information we process
When you create a temporary inbox, the server stores the current mailbox session, expiration time and messages received by that inbox so you can read verification codes or one-off messages on the page.
We also keep basic access and security logs for operations, troubleshooting, rate limiting, abuse prevention and service availability checks.
Cookies and browser storage
TempMail.md uses site cookies for the temporary mailbox session and language preference. Mailbox session cookies are used only to connect the current browser with the current temporary inbox.
Mailbox access data stays away from page scripts; message HTML is sanitized before display and opened inside a sandboxed iframe.
Message content and retention
Temporary mailbox content is automatically cleaned after the mailbox expires. The current public inbox lifetime is one hour; creating a new address replaces the current address.
Temporary inboxes are not appropriate for long-term accounts, financial records, medical information, work secrets or account recovery email.
What we do not offer
TempMail.md does not offer a public API, does not guarantee every website will accept disposable addresses, and does not present temporary email as suitable for every third-party service.
