About TempMail.md
TempMail.md creates a short-lived temporary email address so you can receive verification codes, signup confirmations and one-time messages while exposing your real inbox less.
Create a TempMail addressThe page prepares a temporary email address. You can copy it into a low-risk form and keep the same page open while mail refreshes. The current public inbox lifetime is one hour.
TempMail fits trial signups, download confirmations, newsletter confirmations, low-risk verification codes, one-time receipts and test email flows. It is for short-term receiving, not durable identity.
Do not use temporary email for banking, medical services, work, school, government services, password recovery, two-factor recovery or any account that requires long-term inbox control.
Temporary email can reduce how often your real inbox is collected, marketed to or exposed in a breach, but it does not hide your device, network, payment data or other information you enter on third-party websites. Message HTML is sanitized before display and opened in a sandbox.
The inbox displays mail received by the current temporary address. The page sanitizes HTML, disables scripts and forms, and reminds you to open links only when you trust the sender or are expecting the message.
TempMail.md uses site cookies to connect the current browser session to the current temporary inbox. The current public inbox is short-lived; generating a new address replaces the current address.
The current public TempMail.md product receives mail only. It does not provide outgoing mail and does not offer a public developer API.
TempMail.md documents suitable uses, limits and safety boundaries in the guides, FAQ, privacy notes and terms. Start with the FAQ for common questions, then review the privacy and terms pages for policy details.
